Safeguarding Statement

Last reviewed: July 2026

Dragonfly CPD provides safeguarding-related learning content, but the platform itself is not an emergency reporting route and does not replace your organisation's safeguarding procedures.

If you have a safeguarding concern

Learners must always follow their own organisation's safeguarding policy, escalation procedures, designated safeguarding lead, and local authority guidance. If a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 999. This platform is for professional development, not incident reporting.

How our safeguarding content is kept current

Safeguarding modules are reviewed against current statutory guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and relevant Welsh and UK-wide safeguarding frameworks. Review dates are shown on individual module pages. If you believe any module content is out of date or inaccurate, please tell us — see below.

Content accuracy

We aim for our modules to reflect current, accurate professional practice and statutory guidance. If you're a practitioner, supervisor or subject specialist and you spot something that needs correcting, we want to know — please email details to info@dragonflycpd.com and we will review it promptly.

Our own safeguarding commitment

Therapeutic Activities Group CIC is committed to safe working practice in how we build and review this content, including drawing on qualified practitioner input for specialist frameworks and statutory topics.
